Step 2: Story
Your story is ALWAYS the most important part of any attempt at getting free stuff. I'll give you an example but feel free to improvise.

They cant find your order. They will attempt to push you off. Try to retake your order or whatnot. Just be polite and make excuses. Sooner or later they will push you to a manager. Just explain that your have placed an order just checking on the status and he will say the rest. Now be over confident. Say you see the charge on your statement and will gladly give a copy to the driver when the driver shows up if that helps. Be persistent but also polite and in 3o minutes enjoy your free order.
